Why we built Chatonics

It started with a simple, frustrating problem

Customers message businesses everywhere now - a DM on Instagram, a WhatsApp at midnight, an email the next morning, a comment under a TikTok. For a small team, that means a dozen open tabs, a dozen logins, and a real chance that someone's question slips through.

The tools built to fix this were made for large enterprises: expensive, heavy, and priced per seat in a way that punishes you for growing. We thought a small team should be able to answer every customer, on every channel, with AI doing the heavy lifting - without paying enterprise prices or gluing five tools together. So we built that.
