Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using Chatonics. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

• Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violate anti-spam laws.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or send hateful or violent content.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Upload malware, or attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service or its data.
• Misuse AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Obtain the consents required to message your contacts.
• Comply with each channel provider's policies (for example messaging platform rules).
• Honor opt-outs and provide a clear way for customers to stop messages.
• Comply with applicable privacy and electronic-communications laws.

• Only upload data you are authorized to process.
• Do not store payment card numbers or other prohibited sensitive data unless expressly supported.
• Keep your knowledge base and saved content lawful and appropriate.

• We may investigate suspected violations.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with notice where reasonable.
• Serious or illegal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
