Subprocessors
The third parties that help us run the Service, what they do, and where.
How to read this
A subprocessor is a third party that may process personal data on our behalf to deliver the Service. We list them by function and purpose below. The specific named entities for your workspace are provided under the Data Processing Agreement. All subprocessors are bound by data-protection terms no less protective than our DPA, and we notify customers of material changes with an opportunity to object.
Categories of subprocessors
| Function | Purpose | Data handled |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud hosting and database | Run the application and store workspace data | All Service data (encrypted at rest) |
| Email delivery | Send transactional and support email on your behalf | Recipient address and message content |
| AI language processing | Power AI replies, summaries, and assistance | Message content sent for a response (the model and provider are never exposed to end users) |
| IP geolocation | Resolve approximate city / country for live-visitor context | Visitor IP (used transiently; only a truncated form is retained) |
| Error and performance monitoring | Detect and diagnose faults | Diagnostic data and limited request metadata |
Data location and transfers
Where a subprocessor processes data outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Section 7 of the DPA.
